Chatpata Makhana


This is simple but lovely recipe not only do the kids love it but we adults also cannot keep away from popping quite a few in our mouth.


There is nothing to it just pop a few makhana in an oven proof bowl. Add a tsp of ghee (I suppose you can use oil or butter but I have always used ghee which is clarified butter), a tsp or 2 of chaat masala as per your taste mix well.
Microwave in the oven for 1 minute or 2.
Serve it. Enjoy!!
