Help Please- Mayday Mayday

I have baked cookies but in my desire to get out of the kitchen forgotten to add sugar to it.

Now they are neither sweet nor savoury. I want to make some change so was thing of adding sugar syrup and soaking them. Or making something like gatte ki bhaji .

Cookies are enough for both.

What do you think?

Will this work?

Please help me I do not want to throw them out.

  1. You could sprinkle some sugar on top of the cookies & bake them for a few more mins till the sugar melts & sticks to the cookies..

    OR

    Glaze them with sugar syrup..

    OR

Just toss warm cookies in powdered sugar

Pls let me know if any of these work well for you.

  2. I think you can make a cookie shake out of it.. just add the required sugar to the milk! :)
    I hope it helps.

  5. Make a cookie shake out of it and the sugar as required in the milk.

Or you can make cake with this by adding milk and sugar in the right proportion.

Or (I am not sure about this one) but just grind the cookies with milkmaid and then heat them in a pan on the stove or bake the mixture, I am guessing it will turn out good! :)

  7. I have no much experience with cookies.Anyway how about sprinkling some sugar on top of it?or use some icing and decorate it.May be just a mixture of butter & icing sugar...oops if not explain the benifits of not consuming too much sugar to your family,& show them because of the health concerns you didnt add sugar...haha just kidding!! :)

  8. Great idea by Charul, I can't think of anything better!
The other day while baking cookies I didn't have unsalted butter, so I used salted butter instead - the cookies came out crappy & I threw them away. Next time I will also post an SOS like yours to get ideas rather than throwing stuff away!!
